 Row-your-boat

The song row your boat is a classic that children still enjoy.  By taking the hands of your child and singing the song your child can have a lot of fun.  If you pause your singing at some points in the song it gives your child a chance to communicate to you that they know there is a word to fill in by gesture or vocalisation

This activity is a way to develop personal, social and emotional skills and also provides a great opportunity for your child to communicate for fun!  Please follow the links for a lovely couple of versions of the song we use at school that you and your child can enjoy together.  Remember it’s most fun when you get down on the floor together, hold hands and rock to the tune!

Exploring the Community

Crocodiles have been exploring the local community.  Every week, we go out on the mini bus to the park and cafe.  We have fun on the swings, slides and roundabout.  We went to Asda cafe where we sat beautifully and ate toast.
